How can I obtain a free quote?There are a variety of ways that you can get in touch with a representative in order to obtain a free quote. You can either hit the "Free Quote" button at the top right of the screen and fill out your information. Or you can either call us at 609-383-4350 or email us at cleangeeksnj@gmail.com.

What is the cancellation policy?We would like for our customers to give us at least a 24 hour notice before their cleaning to cancel. Their may also be a 20% fee applied if cleaning is not rescheduled.

What services do you offer?As of right now, we offer a standard house cleaning, office cleaning, and move in/move out cleaning. However, we are looking to expand our services and are always looking for recommendations or tips!

What hours do you work?Our company is open 24/7 for the convenience of our customer.

Do you do laundry or the dishes as a part of the standard house clean?We do not offer laundry or the dishes as a part of our standard house cleaning service, but it always can be added on to the service for a small price.

Do you bring your own supplies?Yes! We provide all of the supplies that we need to efficiently clean your home.

If I refer my friend, do I get a referral fee or discounted cleaning?"We do have a referral discount that is offered to all of our customers. Once it is confirmed that the referred customer has their first scheduled cleaning, the person who referred them will get a discount of 15% on their next cleaning.

Am I supposed to tip you?Our cleaners do not expect tips, but they are accepted!

Do you offer a guarantee on your work?Our satisfaction guarantee states that if our customer is not satisfied with their cleaning and notifies us within 24 hours after their cleaning is done, we will have someone come back and reclean the area until customer satisfaction.
